you disagree with any terms or
conditions of this License, do not copy,
install, distribute or use any part of

Universal Barcode Maker

One
registered copy of Universal Barcode
Maker may be either used by a
single person for personal use on
multiple computers or installed on a
single workstation not used by others.
Not both.
You
may access the registered version of
Universal Barcode Maker through a
network provided that you have obtained
individual licenses for the software
covering all workstations that will
access the software through the network.
For instance, if eight workstations will
access Universal Barcode Maker on the
network, each workstation must have a
separate, Universal Barcode Maker license.

IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO

software environments into which

Good, data-processing procedure dictates
that any program must be thoroughly
tested with non-critical data before
relying on it. The user must assume the
entire risk of using the program. ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED
TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF
PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF
PURCHASE.

no event shall AutoBAUP be liable for
any incidental, consequential or
punitive damages relating to the use of
Universal Barcode Maker or your
relationship with AutoBAUP.

is the complete statement of the
Agreement between the parties on the
subject matter and merges and supersedes
all other understandings, purchase
orders, agreements and arrangements.
This Agreement shall be governed by the
laws of the United States. Exclusive
jurisdiction and venue for matters
relating to this Agreement shall be in
United States courts and you consent to
such jurisdiction and venue.
All
rights of any kind in Universal Barcode
Maker which are not expressly
granted in this License are entirely and
exclusively reserved to and by AutoBAUP
Workroom. You may not rent, lease,
modify, translate, reverse engineer,
decompile, disassemble or create
derivative works based on Universal
Barcode Maker.
You
may not make access to Universal Barcode
Maker available to others in
connection with a service bureau,
application service provider. |
