Example: Batch printing barcodes to a 5163 (2 columns, 5 rows) label sheet |
Step 1: Click the 'Printer Setup' button and set the paper size to: Width: 21.59 cm, Height: 27.94 cm. |
Step 2: Set the barcode size to: Width: 8.95 cm, Height: 4.28 cm. This is slightly smaller than the label paper size to allow for some margin on the label edges. You can also click the 'Calc Size' button to automatically calculate the optimal barcode size for the label paper. |
Step 3: Set the page layout for printing the labels: In this matrix label sheet, we set each page to 2 columns and 5 rows. |
Step 4: Set the label margins to include some margin on the label edges. |
Tip: Setting both 'Page Left Margin' and 'Label Left Margin' will shift the barcodes to the right on the page. The difference is that 'Page Left Margin' only affects the leftmost column of barcodes, while 'Label Left Margin' affects all barcodes. |

This program predefines a series of commonly used templates, including common label sheets such as 5160 and 5161. |
You can also customize your own templates. Clicking the 'Save' button will save the program's current settings as a template file for direct use next time, without having to manually set each parameter again. |
For label sheets without predefined templates, you can use the 'Setup Wizard' program to help set the parameters. |
