Example: Batch printing barcodes to a 5161 (2 columns, 10 rows) label sheet |
Step 1: Set the paper size to: Width: 21.59cm, Height: 27.94cm ---- Click the 'Printer Setup' button to set this. |
Step 2: Set the barcode size to 8.95*1.94cm. This is slightly smaller than the label paper size to allow for some margin on the label edges. You can also click the 'Calc Size' button to automatically calculate the optimal barcode size for the label paper. |
Step 3: Set the label layout: In this matrix label sheet, we set each page to 2 columns and 10 rows. |
Step 4: Set the label margins to leave some margin on the label edges. |
Tip: Setting both 'Page Left Margin' and 'Label Left Margin' will shift the barcodes to the right on the page. The difference is that 'Page Left Margin' only affects the leftmost column of barcodes, while 'Label Left Margin' affects all barcodes. |
