One registered copy of EasierSoft Barcode Toolkit may be either
used by a single person for personal use on multiple computers
or installed on a single workstation not used by others. Not
both.
You may access the registered version of EasierSoft Barcode
Toolkit through a network provided that you have obtained
individual licenses for the software covering all workstations
that will access the software through the network. For instance,
if eight workstations will access EasierSoft Barcode Toolkit on
the network, each workstation must have a separate, EasierSoft
Barcode Toolkit license.

Good, data-processing procedure dictates that any program must
be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on
it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.
ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF
PURCHASE.
In no event shall EasierSoft be liable for any incidental,
consequential or punitive damages relating to the use of
EasierSoft Barcode Toolkit or your relationship with EasierSoft.
This is the complete statement of the Agreement between the
parties on the subject matter and merges and supersedes all
other understandings, purchase orders, agreements and
arrangements. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of
the United States. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for matters
relating to this Agreement shall be in United States courts and
you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
All rights of any kind in EasierSoft Barcode Toolkit which are
not expressly granted in this License are entirely and
exclusively reserved to and by EasierSoft Ltd. You may not rent,
lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble or create derivative works based on EasierSoft
Barcode Toolkit.
You may not make access to EasierSoft Barcode Toolkit available
to others in connection with a service bureau, application
service provider. |
